Silkweaver Fabrics posted on Facebook today that their new retail store has opened at 576 Inman Avenue in Colonia.  They are open M-F 9 am to 5 pm.  There will be a Grand Opening in the near future after which they will be open on weekends. According to the FB post, they carry  Zweigart fabrics and canvas , prefinished items, leaflets, designs, floss, magazines and more.  Currently they do not carry needles or hoops.

Sounds like a road trip is in order.
